To gain the best from this organization, get involved in the planning and executing of services and events for the SHRM organization. In a leadership or volunteer role, there are a number of opportunities.

Become a volunteer or provide leadership
Share what you know and give to your profession by volunteering to take an active leadership role in planning and executing member services. Be prepared for a rewarding experience where you will receive a great amount of personal statisfaction and recognition.

For chapter members, there are leadership and volunteer opportunities within the 11 chapters throughout the state and through statewide initiatives. Attend local chapter meetings and statewide sponsored meetings to learn more about how to get involved. Also, visit the individual chapter web sites for more information about how you can participate as a member or volunteer. As an active chapter member, there are Garden State Council statewide opportunities to volunteer or provide leadership.
