Cynthia L. Flanagan co-chairs Schenck Price’s Labor and Employment practice group and concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law counseling and litigation and insurance coverage. Ms. Flanagan represents management in all employment-related matters affecting business operations including issues involving discharge, harassment, discrimination, non-compete agreements, civil rights violations and compliance with employment policies.
